We appear to be almost fully recovered from the outage. Here's the latest update:
- We restored full store access (i.e. ability to login and manage your store) at 6:00 pm PST today.
- Per my previous post, we restored full login access for our website customers at around 4:00 pm PST.
- Please note that you may still experience some minor issues with your site through tomorrow as we restore other services. If it isn't a major problem, we'd appreciate you waiting to call our support center for a few days so that we can focus our support team on fixing urgent issues.
- Storefront customers may notice some missing transaction records, probably from Wednesday. We will be working tomorrow to restore the records of these transactions. Note that all transactions billed properly on Wednesday.
That's all for now. A little sleep for our amazing team of technicians and support folks, and then back to work at 7 am PST tomorrow.
