Or you go out and find people with old fashion work ethics. Who will try and learn it all so they can do it all. People who will work through their break or stay late to get the job done even if it means being off the clock to do it. It is the difference between being in love and being in lust. One is for now and the other is forever. You can buy loyalty or earn it.

You can believe in what you are doing, you can be given cheap housing, food to eat, free internet, free local phone service, you can have numerous perks (holidays, paid vaction, medical, etc.) too good to walk away from, but if you work for someone who has gone off the deep end... Trust me, those extra long vacations don't do a whole lot of good if you come back to the same psychotic nightmare you left. I read Dilbert too.

You should make up for the 4 weeks of vacation & send it before you shave :P
